Evergen OASIS® Matrix Products

We proudly distribute the OASIS® Matrix suite—advanced extracellular matrix (ECM) biomaterials derived from porcine small intestinal submucosa (SIS), engineered to support natural healing across acute and chronic hard-to-heal wounds.

Product variants:

  • OASIS Wound Matrix: A single-layer fenestrated scaffold optimized for epithelialization and granulation—ideal for standard chronic wounds like diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) and venous leg ulcers (VLUs).

  • OASIS Burn Matrix: A thicker, two-layer version suited for second-degree burns and moderate-depth wounds. Allows fixation with sutures or staples.

  • OASIS ULTRA Tri-layer Matrix: Three-layer construct for more complex or deeper wounds—promotes faster integration and sustained support in challenging wound environments.

  • OASIS XL Matrix: Two-layer, large-format version offering up to 600 cm² coverage—ideal for trauma, burn, or extensive wound treatment.

  • OASIS MICRO: A micronized powder that fills tunnelled or undermined wounds for full scaffold contact across irregular surfaces.

Key clinical benefits:

  • Demonstrated higher epithelialization and wound closure rates versus standard care for chronic leg ulcers and DFUs.

  • In one comparative clinical study, 82.6% healing in mixed arterial‑venous ulcers with OASIS vs. 46.2% with Hyaloskin; also significant benefits in pain reduction and patient comfort.

  • Shelf-stable at room temperature with a 24-month shelf life, terminally sterilized—requires no tissue tracking or cold chain.

Amnion and Collagen Grafts (Allograft Biomaterials)

Amniotic Membrane Grafts:

  • Amnion grafts are allograft tissues derived from the innermost layer of placental membrane, rich in growth factors, anti-inflammatory proteins, and extracellular matrix components.

  • Available in single‑layer, dual‑layer, and triple‑layer formats, designed for flexible use—from simple wound covering to enhanced scaffold support in complex wounds.

  • Shelf‑stable, easy to apply, and do not require deep freezing—making them accessible in low‑resource settings.

  • Clinically proven to accelerate healing in diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, and pressure injuries.

Collagen Grafts:

  • Evergen offers acellular human dermis, fascia lata, and pericardium grafts, sterilized via the proprietary Tutoplast® tissue process, preserving native 3D collagen structure for optimal scaffold function.

  • These collagen-rich grafts provide a natural framework for host cell migration and connective tissue remodeling.

Why Choose These Technologies?

  • Proven effectiveness: Multiple clinical studies show superior healing compared to traditional dressings, with faster time to closure and higher complete-healing rates.

  • Ease of use: Shelf-stable, sterilized products with straightforward handling and no need for advanced storage infrastructure.

  • Versatile adaptability: Broad portfolio meets diverse clinical workflows—from chronic wound centers to surgical and burn units.

  • Cost-efficiency: Evidence shows these products cost significantly less per healed wound compared to other advanced allografts or cellular therapies.
